What kind of HAL Changemaker are You?

In these HAL Changemaker Courses, I work with the requirements a HAL Changemaker must have.

It is not just about being a social entrepreneur, that is one dimension of it, it is also a psychological process into knowing our own strengths and weaknesses, along with the understanding of the outer environment – not just in terms of outer markets, other players within the same field of change or similar typical for-profit or B-Corp understandings of challenges.

In the HAL Changemaker material, I take into consideration the energetic environment, we are to operate within.

Here I talk about the other stakeholders such as the factions as well as other actors within our reality field. Because, if we are going to change this world, we also work with the challenges of the otherworldly presence here.

As HAL Changemakers, we need to be psychological ready for that higher order challenge along with the base program everyday challenges, financial challenges, social and governmental challenges.

We operate in a new reality setup – perhaps not the one the enhanced humans envisioned (and have abandoned) but the one that is coming in from beneath and above us – the other and interdimensional presence.

All holographic realities work within the dynamics of interdependence, consciousness interaction potentials and complex information systems. Thus, to change the world, we must change these patterns of the past, to adapt the presence and from that set a new course for humanity.

The HAL Changemaker Project focuses on the challenges of the changemakers and the innovators within our human collective. We come from all paths of life and from all times, joined together with the sole purpose of changing the future.

We work together to change the timelines of the future. Once we understand that the path of humanity, right now, leads to nothing but dead ends for our civilization, we also understand that action must be taken to change that.

Changes take time...so, we work with great diligence, using the higher order sciences to reach our goals. Changes only happen when the momentum of the spectrum of energy, we are working on, has reached the credibility point, where the existing timeline alters its trajectory.

Being a HAL Changemaker adds the extra to being a Social Entrepreneur

Being a HAL Changemaker is just as much a process of re-inventing what it means to be human. It is a psychic-energetic process, where known psychological processes are expanded into containing the higher order perception levels as well. It is not spirituality, it is science of a higher order kind.

What Drives Changes?

Naturally, the patterns of change. Here, I refer to the general idea of systemic matrices of input, execution and implementation in a 4-dimensional setup, where 3 aspects can – in their synergy – be changed into 4 new dimensions of overlapping effects (the Venn Diagram).

However, the patterns of change can also be of holographic origin and related to different forms of energy and their complex information systems – here I think of the New Reality Program Matrix – you should really do these courses as well – or the emotional patterns (driving ideas of self), the mental patterns (driving belief systems) and their joint either stagnant comfort zone or the option of change, transformation, transition and progression by letting go of the old frames of reference.

The main HAL CHM goal is to shift the current approach to sciences and innovation into an expanded reality perception, with new ways to address the complex information systems of fields and energy, upholding our reality field. It is also the work to learn new global political approaches to solve the challenges, humanity is facing as a hole. It is no longer an issue of national governance - it is a matter of global and united governance of our reality field - to enable us to implement the needed solutions.

In the HAL Changemaker Courses, we explore what it means to be a HAL Project Changemaker.

The higher order awareness and the psychology of a pioneer are part of this and thus the challenges are different for us, wanting to transform and adapt and at the same time instigate changes in the world we live in.

In terms of the HAL Project on Food, Health & Environment, it is fair to say that the above have already been deployed and to some effect.

Naturally, we still have groups within the general population that resist the ideas of climate crises, pending larger environmental catastrophes and disruption in food supply chains etc.

And, of course, there are large parts of the world where these challenges are already happening or have been, give or take, everyday life for as long as they remember, due to living in habitats on extreme hot spots on the planet.

Thus, we cannot paint a one-for-all scenario that would cover the diversity of local zones, local challenges, or local resistance to the global project of finding ways for a continuation of, what we could call, a suitable and functional continuation of humanity on our planet.

Learning the New Ways Take Time & Effort

Understanding the higher order sciences cannot be done in the manner, most are accustomed to. Instead….

We contemplate upon the information to integrate the higher & lower aspects of it.
We learn to activate the energy units of our brain and mental field according to what we have learned in meditation.
We continue to build new energetic spiral patterns from the information, we work with.
What we learn must be processed into energies of a higher order from where we can build a new energy system.

The learning process of the higher order sciences is not a linear learning exercise. It is a psychic-energetic state of awareness and the code systems behind whatever state of awareness, we have.

What we have knowledge of, defines our energy system.
What we have knowledge of, determines what we perceive.
The consciousness units are built from these two conditions.

Next Step is the Holographic Reality Work

To move beyond this reality, the correct sciences of what we truly are, how we are constructed energetically, as well as how we change our energy system code configuration and vibrate our consciousness units into a higher order middle domain configuration of our system are part of the higher order sciences needed to align energetically and consciously with the future realities and their worlds beyond our current system.

Obtaining the higher order sciences is to understand how to work with energy and how to transform the holographic code systems behind all lifeforms and systems of reality.

For changes to happen, people must change their ways. We have heard that many times. But what does that imply? What changes, psychologically speaking, do we have to do? In what manner and how much must be adapted into new perception of self, others and reality?

In the Tool Kit Courses, we go into a deeper understanding of the challenges as a HAL Changemaker, both for the ones that choose to remain in the 4^th cycle as well as for the 5^th cycle forerunners.

We also look into the implementation processes within the Base Program for HAL Changemakers and the next level focus on the Idea & Manifestation Processes, following the energetic HAL CHMAR Methods.
