Exploring the HAL New Business Ideas
The current ways of doing business are based upon limited ways of perceiving others as well as our reality. The new approach is not based upon profit and indoctrinating other humans to buy what we produce.
Instead we do business to create things, services and teachings that will make a difference in terms of lifting humanity into a higher realm of knowledge, understanding of what this reality is about, as part of a larger system and that we are part of that system.
Our human world is a collective, we impact by our choices, the work we do, the way we perceive work and the way we utilize money and products.
All these things are expressions of planetary resources and we are responsible for our world and how it develops into either an advanced human system or a totally failure, where the natural protection mechanisms of our planet will no longer sustain our human civilization or any future possible civilization for that matter. We must opt in for the big changes - and do them now.
The understanding of self-development, called higher awareness progression, using energy and consciousness to do so, is the human evolution 2.0 aka the true human evolution into a future of humans knowing how to work with all that they are composed of, including their physicality, to regain perfect health, higher awareness, full capacity of expanded consciousness and the ability to communicate and express what we have become into some sort of creational project.
The higher performance lifestyle also include the development of self-discipline and inner strength to set goals and ways to complete them. The goal of all that we do is to master energy and consciousness by mastering ourselves in all of our ways, inner and outer, and the higher states of consciousness that we can reach.
As we grow in vitality, we enhance the ability to function in life with higher energy functionality and self-confidence. With empowerment. We learn to set our minds to learn to administer all that we are, because we know it’s the way to fulfill the purpose of living. Of existence. Because, why exist to live a half or incomplete life?
We want to express life in all of its forms. We strive for perfection and challenges in all that they are; physically, mentally and emotionally, as well as developing all the higher order capacities that are possible to reach for a human. And in that, we exemplify that life is an evolutionary progression journey and that true perfection is achieved by experimentation and failures, finding solutions and overcoming challenges as well as the ability to master energy and consciousness in all of its forms; individually, globally and universally.
Therefore, what we need to know is that the limitations, we hold and what we think we can do, are in our minds and the emotional blockages we hold from this or other lifetimes.
We need to get up to speed with the idea that we can develop our brain, psyche and body by the use of energy, not in spiritual or religious contexts, but within the same context as the understanding of, that eating healthier gives more energy, that learning new skills develops the brain and that working with energy creates new and higher levels of awareness, expanding the notion of what a human is and can do.

Work is not just work and business is not just about earning money.
As we progress and develop the knowledge of how to administer energy and our inner power, as well as who we are, into this reality in the new ways, to follows that we want to express this into projects or new ways of doing business.

Therefore, an economic free space is needed for a possible tear down of what does not work or live up to our standards as we change and develop our awareness.

In the HAL New Business Methods & Concepts, we work the New Reality Challenges and the changes within the Base Program, as our world undergoes its transition processes, from the old ways to the ways of the future humanities.
We investigate what this means in terms of starting up new forms of business models, as well as the holographic-energetic implementation processes these new models demand.

Alignment with the basic idea of energy as the main provider in business adaptation and administration as part of a broadened perception of reality.
First step in a new business operational setting is to align the concept of money and energy into a unity of flow. Money is to be seen as the means to produce and provide results more than as the end result.
The cash flow follows simple rules of reality:
- What you receive from your services is equal to the type of energy you put into your services.
- What is expressed in forms of products and their ability to sell and get seen, equals the adaptation rate of the product, i.e. the energy of the product. Example: A product based upon the intention of making money will not provide a high outcome, whereas a product based upon the principles of creation and expression of an intention within the framework of ethical standards, will be reflected back into a higher revenue.
- Ethics and sustainability in product making define the sale of the product, i.e. high standards equal high sales rate.

We can use our business to inspire and give the incentive of developing the higher order awareness of our reality and how we can change our world.
We work under the goals of developing progressive, communicative and environmental awareness.
From these tools, we are able to do creational or business projects as part of the highest order reality, for the highest good of the many.

- The places within the current marketing & business models where we can do the transition. Where can we bridge within existing tools, concepts and methods and the higher order trade systems?
- How to implement these upgraded marketing & business systems?
- Which marketing & business products can be generated to provide the target group with the correct information, educational programs, etc., to enable them to convert to or create a new business model?
- Goal of it all; to enable new smaller businesses to arise so that we get people that are working within their own true creational energy, with the purpose of doing progression while doing business – implementing the progression into our outer work so that our inner and outer work are in alignment.

In the new approach, working is the ability to be creative and to manifest our ideas as a progressive self-expression. We earn money to pay our bills and to ensure the free space of creativity and innovation - we work to change the World. Not for profit alone.
In the work with the progression energies, we must do what we do from an energetically optimal level of commitment to reach an energetically optimal purpose of what we want to achieve.
If what we do is for money alone (yes, we have to pay our bills) we are too easily getting aligned with the concepts of profit, doing whatever it takes to earn money, and we overlook the exchange rate as it is outlined in the HAL Project Changemaker Project & Business Start-Up Course.
....Thus, in all of this “getting out there” processes the questions are:
- What are the purpose and function of “getting out there” seen from the perspective of the optimal use of energy?
- And how does the optimal use of energy apply to the progression dynamics of our transformative energy system to build up the code layers needed to truly do the transition?
These questions are good to work with in contemplation and energy work, and as a foundation for new strategies to implement the transformative processes of engagement in order to heighten the exchange rate of our products.
