In this Saturday Class on October 25th 2025, from 7:00-10:00 PM Danish time, the focus is on the practices of meditation, contemplation, and mindfulness, and how they can be woven together into a unified daily practice. Each of these practices offers unique benefits, but when combined, they can create a powerful framework for cultivating greater awareness, presence, and inner peace.
We’ll begin by discussing the individual aspects of each practice—how meditation helps calm and focus the mind, how contemplation encourages deeper reflection and understanding, and how mindfulness brings us into the present moment. From there, we will explore how these elements complement one another and can be integrated seamlessly into your everyday routine. You’ll be guided through practical exercises designed to help you apply these practices in real-world situations, whether you're navigating challenges at work, at home, or within yourself.

In this Saturday Class on December 6th 2025, from 7:00-10:00 PM Danish time, the focus is on multidimensional contemplation. We will explore how different expansion of our awareness within various dimensions—be it the physical, emotional, intellectual, or higher awareness aspects of the contemplation processes—and how we can integrate these insights into our everyday practice. You will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussion, get guided exercises, and gain practical tools to incorporate the multidimensional aspect into your everyday contemplation processes.
