For those interested in joining the HAL Academy focus group for self-development and inner work, it is a journey worth undertaking. The path to self-discovery is always more expansive when done with others who share the quest for growth.

The group call is done over Skype (Skype allows for continued conversation without time limit). 

I begin with 45-60 minutes lecture and then we discuss what comes up, perhaps share personal experiences and relevant questions to the lecture, processes and other levels of information. The focus group is meant as a support group, with parts that involve psychotherapeutic methods (similar to group therapy dynamics) - if this is needed. The content of each meet up will unfold on the day.

Each meet up is experimental and on-the-day-dynamics oriented. Thus, no preparation is needed other than your daily energy, inner and contemplation work. We share to learn from each other, and to grow as a group.
