The Saturday Webinar Build Up

Each webinar is done over Skype in a group call.


From 5-7 pm Danish time

1. We begin with a lecture of 60-90 minutes. 

2. We discuss the topic.


Bio Break between 7-8 pm.


From 8-10 pm Danish time

3. We investigate the topic from a personal angle.

4. Rounding up with a practical exercise.


Ending around 10 pm Danish time.

All depending on where you are in the world, it should be possible for you to attend, either as a morning or evening webinar.

No preparation is needed.

New information will be provided to investigate the theme from a new perspective. From this level of information you can to ask your questions and perhaps initiate a group discussion on the theme presented.

In this Saturday Webinar on August 30th 2025, from 5-10 pm, the focus is on multidimensional contemplation. Over the course of 5 hours (1 hour break is included), we will explore how different expansion of our awareness within various dimensions—be it the physical, emotional, intellectual, or higher awareness aspects of the contemplation processes—and how we can integrate these insights into our everyday practice. You will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussion, get guided exercises, and gain practical tools to incorporate the multidimensional aspect into your everyday contemplation processes.

In this Saturday Webinar on October 25th 2025, from 5-10 pm, the focus is on the practices of meditation, contemplation, and mindfulness, and how they can be woven together into a unified daily practice. Each of these practices offers unique benefits, but when combined, they can create a powerful framework for cultivating greater awareness, presence, and inner peace.


We’ll begin by discussing the individual aspects of each practice—how meditation helps calm and focus the mind, how contemplation encourages deeper reflection and understanding, and how mindfulness brings us into the present moment. From there, we will explore how these elements complement one another and can be integrated seamlessly into your everyday routine. You’ll be guided through practical exercises designed to help you apply these practices in real-world situations, whether you're navigating challenges at work, at home, or within yourself.
